All of our products are custom-made to order, created specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with photo choice

  • Minor design preferences

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong design or details)

We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Customization Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Uploading clear, high-quality images

  • Entering correct spelling of names, numbers, and details

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 6 hours of purchase.

After this window, production begins and changes cannot be guaranteed.
